Here's How it All Works

Each session I shoot is created exclusively for you. I make photographs that show your story, and the unique beauty written across time. Before we meet, I’ll send you a quick questionnaire to get to know you a bit better. We’ll schedule a call to discuss your vision, agree on a venue, and answer any questions you may have. 

Sessions take place in your space, and show your family narrative. The best sessions start or end at home, and then move outside to a place where you and your family's story lives. Maybe we stroll through your neighborhood and hide under the shade of a frangipani tree; or the alley where your kids kick footballs with the neighbours; maybe we look for interesting light as we wander down lanes and sidestreets; or maybe we order a roti canai your favorite hole in the wall. Whatever we do, I wanna see who you are. I wanna see how you love your kids. And I wanna fall in love with your family.

If we want to shoot outside, the best time is in the hour following sunrise or the hour before sunset. If we're working inside, then any time in which your space gets gorgeous light will work.

After the shoot, I’ll get to work on your images. My turnaround time is about three weeks. I'll send them to you on a web-based gallery and then thank you for being so lovely.

Pricing

Get in touch for pricing, but to give you an idea, sessions range from 880 RM to 3000 RM. Shoots last between 30 minutes and two hours depending on how the kids go, and you'll get 15 images or upwards of 100 depending on the package you select.

Send me an email (ericaknecht@gmail.com) or hit me on what's app at +60 19 657 3744 and tell me you're interested. Suggest a few dates and give me an idea of what you had in mind for the shoot. We'll agree upon a date and time, then, send me 300 RM non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The balance of the session fee is due on the shoot day. I accept PayPal or cash.
