And We're Off Again

I was reminiscing about past trips to Bali, and found this little photo of my sweet girl on our first ever trip to that beautiful island. How lucky is it that we live so close and can travel there so easily? And so often? Right? I mean, how did I even get so lucky?

Anyway, the kids and I are off to Bali for a few days. We have friends visiting us from Japan, friends who I met way back when I had my other blog and they were totally like a lifeline for me in that small, lonely town, during those small, lonely days of new parenthood. It's so great to see them again, let me tell you. You know, friends who come so far to visit, well, they mean a whole lot. 

So, happy weekend, everyone. I'm sure looking forward to that beach.
